Cancellation Policy for VLSI Society of India Conference

Cancellation Request

If you, as the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”), wish to cancel your ticket, please submit your cancellation request through our official conference website. The VLSI Society of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) will review the request in accordance with the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the conditions set forth in this policy as well as the Supplier’s overall terms and refund policy. Cancellation requests must include all necessary details, including ticket information and the registered email address of the First Party.

The Supplier reserves the right to involve third parties, including but not limited to payment gateway providers (such as RAZORPAY), to facilitate the refund process. The Supplier shall not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from third-party involvement. The First Party agrees that any applicable transaction fees or charges incurred by such third-party service providers will be borne by the First Party.

Cancellation Timeline and Policy

1. Cancellations (More than 30 days prior to the conference start date):

   • Upon request, a 100% refund can be provided, excluding any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (RAZORPAY).

2. Cancellations (Less than 30 days prior to the conference start date):

   • Upon request, a 100% refund can be provided, excluding any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway (RAZORPAY).

3. No Shows:

   • If you do not attend the conference without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

All refunds are processed through the RAZORPAY payment gateway and will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after your cancellation request has been processed.

Changes to this Policy

The VLSI Society of India reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on our conference website, and we encourage participants to review this policy regularly. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
