Call for Tutorials Proposals

The Organizing Committee for VLSID-2024 invites proposals for tutorials to be conducted at the Conference to be held in Kolkata, India during the period 6-7th January 2024.

Tutorials are an integral and an important part of all the editions of VLSID, where instructors have the opportunity to share their expertise on a specific field/research with fellow researchers and those who wish to discover said field/research. We are soliciting proposals for topics of academic and industrial applications interests. These topics may be established or it may be emerging – and with profound and/or new insights thereto, that is best articulated by means of an oral presentation. Please note this year we will have the tutorial session in off-line mode. We look forward to your presence at Kolkata for VLSID in January, 2024.

We encourage tutorial proposals submissions, including but not limited to:

  • Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF Circuits and Processing systems
  • Advanced Process/Material, Device Design and Modelling
  • Digital Logic Design
  • Hardware and Systems Security
  • Neuromorphic Circuits and Systems
  • Low-Power Low-Voltage Design
  • Neural Networks, Machine and Deep learning

For example, a 180 minutes tutorial may have, at most, four different speakers, while a 90 minutes tutorial could have up to two speakers. If you plan to have multiple speakers, please provide their names, affiliations and short biography and clearly indicate the parts of the tutorial that they will cover.
  • Basic Structure of the Tutorial: Outline the time allocated for a particular sub-topic (s).
