Any completed projects submitted should have been completed within the last two years.
Completed post layout simulation: Work should be completed within 1 year ( completion date of the design with post layout simulations should be from 01 January 2023 onwards ).
Completed silicon with measurement results: Work should have completed within last 2 years ( completion date of the design with post layout simulations and measurements should be from 01 January 2022 onwards ).
Fabricated designs with the measurement results will have preference, However, complete design with post-layout simulations will be eligible to participate too.
Measurement results and comparison with prior works will have an advantage.
